The basics

Axerity provides AI chat services and APIs. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What we provide

Access to various AI models through our chat interface and API. This includes conversation capabilities, memory features, web search, and tool integrations. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or availability.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your inputs to provide responses. We don't use your conversations to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse our services. This includes:

• Generating harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
• Attempting to jailbreak or bypass model safety measures
• Exceeding rate limits or abusing the API
• Reverse engineering our systems
• Using automated systems without authorization
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting AI-generated content

AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. Don't rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You're responsible for how you use generated content.

Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
