Terms of Service

Axerity provides open source software and hosted services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

We offer both self-hosted open source software and managed hosted services. Self-hosted software is provided under its respective open source license. Hosted services are provided "as is" without warranties of availability.

You retain ownership of all data you transmit through our services. We process your data only to provide the service. We don't access your data except to provide the service or when required by law.

Don't abuse our services. This includes:

• Transmitting illegal or harmful content
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or quotas
• Using the service for attacks or spam
• Reverse engineering our hosted infrastructure
• Reselling access without authorization
• Violating the rights of others

Hosted services are billed monthly based on usage. You can cancel anytime. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable.

Hosted services come with a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes. We'll notify users of significant changes via email.
