Reports
Overview
The three core financial reports plus the per-account ledger view.
Once you've been posting transactions, the reports are where you actually answer business questions. Three are core financial statements; the fourth is more of a per-account scroll.
The three statements
These are the same reports a CPA would run, in roughly the order you'd look at them:
- Income statement — "Did I make money over this period?" Revenue minus expenses.
- Balance sheet — "What does the business look like right now?" What it owns, owes, and the owner's stake.
- Trial balance — "Are the books internally consistent?" Net debit and credit for every account; totals must match.
The bonus one
- Account ledger — bank-statement view of any single account. Date, description, debit, credit, running balance.
Where to find them
Sidebar → Reports section. All four pages have:
- A period picker — preset ranges + custom dates.
- A clean print stylesheet so PDF exports look like real statements.
- A CSV download for spreadsheet work.
Exporting
Every report has an Export menu in the top right with CSV and PDF options. See Exporting for the details.
